Welcome to the 30th Anniversary!

Welcome to the 30th Anniversary of the WSBPA Jackpot Classic Tournament!

Since its debut during the 1995–1996 bowling season, more than $2.75 million in prize money has been awarded to bowling enthusiasts from across the nation.

This special 30th anniversary event will take place at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, featuring its impressive 52-lane bowling center.

Over four exciting days, champions will be crowned across seven events, with more than $91,000 in prize money available. Good luck and good bowling!

Tuesday, June 2 — Optional Events Day

9:00 AM: Registration Open — 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

10:00 AM: 9 Pin No-Tap Singles — 40 lanes, 100 bowlers, 20 spots left, ends 12:00 PM, 3 per lane

12:00 PM: Oil Lanes — ends 1:00 PM

1:30 PM: Trios — 40 lanes, 114 bowlers, 12 spots left, ends 3:45 PM, 3 per lane

4:30 PM: Shoot-Out — 24 lanes, 38 bowlers, 10 spots left, ends 7:00 PM, 2 per lane

Wednesday, June 3

9:00 AM: Registration Open — 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

9:30 AM: Original Doubles Squad A — 40 lanes, 160 bowlers, closed, ends 12:30 PM, 4 per lane

12:30 PM: Oil Lanes — ends 1:30 PM

1:30 PM: Original Doubles Squad B — 20 lanes, 80 bowlers, closed, ends 4:30 PM, 4 per lane

1:30 PM: Singles Squad A — 26 lanes, 100 bowlers, closed, ends 4:30 PM, 4 per lane

8:30 PM: Late Night Dumpster Fire — 20 lanes, 30 bowlers, 30 spots left, ends 10:30 PM, 3 per lane

Friday, June 5

10:00 AM: Team Event Squad B — 12 lanes, 48 bowlers, closed, ends 1:00 PM, 4 per lane

10:00 AM: 2nd Optional Doubles Squad B — 12 lanes, 48 bowlers, closed, ends 1:00 PM, 4 per lane

1:00 PM: Oil Lanes — ends 2:00 PM

2:00 PM: Singles Squad C — 16 lanes, 64 bowlers, closed, ends 5:00 PM, 4 per lane

6:00 PM: Awards Party — ends 7:15 PM

Ball Paddock Area

Conveniently located adjacent to the bowling center, tournament participants may store their equipment between squads in the Jackson Square meeting rooms down the hallway past lanes 1 and 2.

The storage space will be locked 60 minutes following the conclusion of competition each day and reopened each day 60 minutes before competition is set to begin.

You are storing your equipment at your own risk.

Crowning Tournament Champions

On Friday evening, beginning at 6:00 PM in the Esplanade Ballroom, champions will be crowned across seven events as the remaining share of the $91,335 prize fund is awarded.

This year’s Awards Celebration will feature a fully hosted cocktail reception only, including call-brand cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, and bottled water for bowlers and their prepaid guests.

Prize Money

Every Bowler is a Winner!

Every bowler competing in singles, doubles, 2nd chance doubles, and the four-person team event will receive $50 in cash at check-in on Tuesday, June 2, just for showing up. The $50 prize money, per event, represents last place, so no matter how poorly you bowl during your 9 required games, you still come out a winner!

Tournament Manager: Bob Thomas

Your 2026 Jackpot Classic Tournament Manager has a distinguished career in the bowling industry.

Bob Thomas helped launch the 50-lane bowling center in the then-new MGM Grand Hotel in Reno in 1978.

Promoted to General Manager of the National Bowling Stadium in Reno, Bob oversaw upwards of 100,000 tournament bowlers each year competing in the annual USBC Nationals over a 15-year span.

Bob served for two decades as Director of the Northern California–Nevada Bowling Proprietors’ Association until his retirement in 2023. A most fitting executive to manage the 30th anniversary celebration!
